1. Go to the Pizza parlour.
2. Walk towards the blue face paint stand.
3. Click yes.

To get The red Face paint.
1. Go to The Coffee shop.
2. Walk towards the red face paint stand.
3. Click yes

Sorry I don't have any screen shots penguins kept getting in the way.
