Okay the contest is cancelled cos the entry were both the same, also there was only 2 entries. But the new contest is make ur penguin look wacky! The winner wont be the mascot though. But the prizes are all still the same! The contest ends on the 29th of September. So please i want more people to enter this time! Also the picture can be whatever size now. So get wacky!
